We are seeking a Director of Software Development to lead and expand an Enterprise Solutions Engineering team. In this role, you will shape technical strategy, guide software architecture, and drive scalable solutions that meet evolving business and client needs. You will mentor and inspire engineers and technical leads, oversee integrations with internal and third-party platforms, and ensure alignment with performance, security, and compliance standards. 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong expertise in system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.), and modern development frameworks. Experience with integration platforms, APIs, and enterprise data workflows. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Preferred: prior experience in healthcare, workforce management, or enterprise SaaS; experience with DCI or similar platforms; experience leading client-facing engineering projects.
