
Product Strategy & Regulatory Alignment
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product releases in partnership with engineering and design. Translate strategy into actionable epics and priorities using frameworks such as OKRs. Customer Insight & Market Intelligence Drive deep customer understanding through discovery, interviews, analytics, and market research to identify pain points and emerging needs Drive structured discovery programs, customer advisory groups, and continuous feedback loops to validate product direction. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with engineering, UX, marketing, sales, compliance, and customer success to ensure alignment on goals and execution. Collaborate with company leadership to align product strategy with revenue growth objectives, GTM strategy, and customer expansion Metrics & Performance Define, monitor, and operationalize KPIs around customer adoption, product usage, and reliability. Use product analytics and customer data to optimize workflows and identify opportunities for automation and intelligence Drive continuous improvement by leveraging feedback loops, analytics, and experimentation.
10+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in a product leadership role in B2B SaaS.
Microsoft Office suite competency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Base Pay: $170,000 annual salary or higher, depending on relevant experience
