Handle reservation requests with accuracy, confirming all necessary details to ensure a smooth booking experience. Proactively address inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the booking process with a focus on customer satisfaction. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and bookings in our CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends in hospitality to provide clients with the best options available. Bilingual Dutch speaker, with excellent command of English preferred. Previous experience in hospitality reservations, customer service, or similar roles is advantageous. Strong enthusiasm for travel and familiarity with hotel services and tourist destinations. Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a passion for creating positive client experiences. Ability to think on your feet and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
