This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients in the travel and hospitality industry.
Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Stay knowledgeable about Booking.com’s services and offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and maintain comprehensive records. Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery. Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written. Experience in customer service, preferably within the travel or hospitality sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities focused on achieving customer satisfaction. Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A keen interest in travel and hospitality, coupled with a desire to assist customers in their travel experiences.
