This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service. As a customer service representative, you will engage with customers in Dutch, providing them with the support and information they need regarding commercial vehicles.
Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to commercial vehicles, including product specifications, pricing, and availability via phone, email, and chat in Dutch. Assist customers with order placements, service requests, and any issues they may encounter. Provide detailed information about financing options, warranty details, and maintenance services. Resolve customer complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients. Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to better assist customers. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English or Greek is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach. Ability to solve problems effectively and handle customer inquiries professionally. Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple inquiries at once. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
