CRM Experience: strong CRM experience, capable of effectively utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. Communication Skills: strong communication skills, capable of effectively conveying information and engaging stakeholders at all levels. Goal-Driven: comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team. Presentation Skills: good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Proactive Attitude: goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident and proactive. Team Collaboration: able to work independently within a team environment. Business Acumen: strong business acumen, capable of understanding complex business environments and making informed decisions. Proficient in conducting competitor analysis and offering insights to support strategic decision-making Customer Focus: customer-driven and focused on providing a good customer experience.
Regulatory Knowledge: awareness of local regulations, especially regarding data privacy (e.g., GDPR), to ensure compliance in all outreach activities. Ability to tailor outreach strategies that respect and address client’s high focus on data privacy and protection.
