Key Responsibilities Engage with clients to conduct thorough consultations, understanding their business needs and challenges. Design and present customized solutions that address client requirements and add value to their operations. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Provide comprehensive training and support to clients, empowering them to fully utilize our solutions. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to offer informed insights to clients. Document processes and feedback to promote continuous improvement within our service offerings. Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in a solutions consulting, customer service, or relevant technology role is preferred. Strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of client needs to develop effective solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients. An understanding of technology solutions is useful, along with a willingness to learn new methodologies. Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. A dedication to providing exceptional service and contributing to client success.
