Stay current on travel trends and destination insights to provide clients with relevant advice. Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an asset. Prior experience in travel consulting, customer service, or a related field is preferred. A strong passion for travel and extensive knowledge of popular travel destinations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to manage customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
