Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer support, ideally with VIP or high-value clients. Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and office software. A proactive mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
