Responsibilities Deliver high-touch support to VIP Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients by understanding their specific needs and preferences. Address and resolve complex inquiries and issues efficiently to ensure client satisfaction. Document all customer interactions in detail for effective follow-up and service continuity. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client concerns. Gather and analyze feedback from clients to continually enhance the customer experience. Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer support, ideally with VIP or high-value clients. Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and office software. A proactive mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
