Job Title: Email Graphic Designer Job Type: Full-time / Remote Work Hours: PST

Job Overview:

We’re helping our client find a talented Email Graphic Designer to create visually stunning and high-performing email campaigns. In this role, you will collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to design, optimize, and deliver digital assets that elevate the brand’s online presence and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually stunning and impactful email campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
• Develop asset adaptations for Amazon e-commerce.
• Work closely with the Digital Art Director, Director of Retention, Retention Marketing Manager, and Internal Creative teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Generate and optimize assets for responsive design across various devices and email clients.
• Utilize Figma (and any other preferred tools) for graphic design tasks and Trello for project management.
• Use ASANA for project status updates/feedback and progress communications.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, within a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to production schedules, ensuring all work is completed on time, especially during peak seasons like Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
• Suggest strategic A/B tests for designs to understand user engagement and apply insights to future designs.
• Complete 15–20 emails per month.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in graphic design with a focus on email campaigns.
• A portfolio that showcases relevant work.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Figma for designing email layouts and assets.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email is a plus.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
• Experience with Trello for project management.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to pivot based on business needs.
