We’re currently hiring on behalf of a U.S.-based client in the Money Lending Services industry. The client is looking for a highly detail-oriented Email Support & Inbox Management Specialist to assist with shared inbox management and internal email processing.
Internet Requirements: A fixed fiber line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fiber line cannot be considered.
No external email communication or customer voice interaction - this role is strictly internal and email-based. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong reading comprehension. Exceptional logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities. Ability to analyze and categorize different types of email inquiries and act accordingly. Sound judgment and the ability to apply past learning to similar new scenarios. Basic proficiency with computer systems. Comfortable navigating MS Office and Outlook. Ability to learn new systems and follow structured workflows. Background or familiarity in finance or accounting will be advantageous but not essential.
