    Job Description

We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Employee Engagement & Corporate Events Specialist to bring our company culture to life through unforgettable experiences. In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat behind our internal and external events, designing, planning, and delivering moments that connect people, celebrate achievements, and strengthen our shared identity. From strategy to execution, you will play a key role in boosting employee engagement, elevating our employer brand, and creating meaningful connections across teams and partners that truly embody who we are and what we stand for.

    Specifically, you will:

    Design, organize, and manage corporate events, including company-wide meetings, leadership offsites, town halls, celebrations, and employee engagement activities; Coordinate end-to-end event logistics (venues, vendors, catering, branding, etc.), ensuring high-quality execution within budget and timelines; Develop and maintain an annual events calendar, aligned with business and HR strategic priorities; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and flawless delivery; Oversee on-site and virtual event management, providing real-time support and ensuring seamless participant experience; Propose innovative event concepts and formats that promote culture, collaboration, and inclusion; Align event design and storytelling with the company’s values, EVP, and internal communication strategy; Develop creative themes, visuals, and materials that reflect the company’s brand identity; Support the design and execution of external employer branding events (career fairs, community initiatives, etc.); Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and accurate financial tracking; Build and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and agencies, negotiating contracts and service agreements; Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess event impact and engagement levels; Track performance metrics (attendance, satisfaction) and propose improvements for future initiatives; Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and support the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field; 3–5 years of experience in corporate or large-scale event management (experience in HR, Communications, or Employer Branding preferred); Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, creativity, and precision; Strong organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and event planning tools/platforms; Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills; Creative mindset and proactive problem-solving skills; A positive, “can-do” attitude.
