We are seeking an enthusiastic Engagement Support to help advance this mission.
About the opportunity As Engagement Support, you will play a vital role in facilitating the referral of patients from primary care onto our programmes. You will work closely with and support our Engagement Leads, as well as liaising with other internal teams as appropriate. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor our referral inboxes and enter referrals onto our core system swiftly and efficiently. You’ll check the referral data for accuracy, highlighting missing information or ineligible referrals. Either you or the Engagement Leads will liaise with GP practices as required and appropriate. This is a role with a strong emphasis on achieving performance targets. Entering referrals swiftly and accurately is the key first step to ensuring that participants can access the service as quickly as possible.
