This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale high-performing engineering teams working on core web applications and strategic third-party integrations. You will act as a technical and operational multiplier, guiding teams through complex projects while ensuring reliability, scalability, and rapid feature delivery. The position emphasizes engineering excellence, operational stability, and close collaboration with Product to translate strategy into measurable outcomes. You will mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 integrations, Graph APIs, OAuth 2.0, and cloud technologies (Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD tooling). Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time while managing dependencies and prioritizing work streams. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical initiatives with business outcomes. Nice to have: experience in B2B SaaS or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments, cloud-native deployment, or leading major re-architecture initiatives.
