The Enterprise Systems Developer will be a key contributor to the development, administration, support, and ongoing optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related business applications. This role requires a communicator with strong analytical and documentation skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The Enterprise Systems Developer role requires technical design, coding, configuration, and ensuring system performance, reliability, and compliance across core business domains including Finance, Global Supply, Manufacturing, and Logistics. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented and is eager to learn how complex data and processes flow across interconnected systems.
Design, develop, and maintain system integrations with other enterprise applications, such as Salesforce, RAMP, and other relevant platforms includes working with API and integration technologies, including EDI, SOAP, and REST API
4+ years of experience in an ERP Developer, Senior Business Systems Analyst, or similar technical role, with experience managing and supporting ERP systems or similar technical role, preferably in the Consumer Goods (CG) or Manufacturing space Proven experience with API and integration technologies (EDI, SOAP, REST APIs) Proficiency with SQL Server database and strong fundamental knowledge of SQL for querying and reporting Experience managing and supporting ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) in key areas such as Inventory, Distribution, or Manufacturing Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally Demonstrated experience with data analysis, validation, and working with large data sets Familiarity with compliance standards, data governance, SOX, and ITGC Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Fundamental knowledge of SQL for querying and reporting Experience with middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft) Experience working in cross-functional system enhancement projects or release cycles
BS degree in Computer Science or related engineering field, or equivalent experience
