Consulting experience is strongly preferred. That said, you will also be considered if you have a strong industry background. We like to work in the communities we live in. As such, we are very interested if your industry experience that matches the Cincinnati market – particularly financial services and healthcare.
Initiative is important. We don’t hand hold – you should be comfortable working independently in an entrepreneurial environment. That said, collaboration is equally important. Our Cincinnati team and other consultants at Centric will give you an amazing support system. You will lean on them daily. Last, but not least, you will need to be solid Project Manager. We are looking for people with a track record of delivering successful projects in a consulting environment. Experience with a variety of methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc) desirable.
