ERP Program Lead SAP – Digital Transformation (Remote in Spain)

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion. Ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards. Manage geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor environments and complex client organizations. Define and implement robust program delivery frameworks. Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including C-Level executives. Drive proposal development, program planning, and client presentations.

Requirements Proven experience leading full lifecycle SAP programs (ECC and S/4 HANA) in multinational environments. Strong track record of delivering large-scale programs on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Ability to manage distributed teams and multi-vendor setups. Deep knowledge of program delivery frameworks and integration of IT, business, and change components. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Experience in proposal development, financial management, and client-facing consulting roles. Willingness to travel as required by project needs.
