We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to VP Sales & Performance Marketing to join our team. What will you do at MMDSmart? Managing calendars; Preparing reports, presentations, and documents; Making travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries); Taking meeting minutes and distributing them; Managing to-do lists and reminders; Responsible for debt collection;

You are a perfect match if you have:
