The role
You'll proactively drive global Field Sales Unit scaling by providing strategic support for different stakeholders, from Sales and Marketing Teams to C-level management. You'll enhance sales processes, expand the pipeline, and oversee data-driven insights. Your efforts will improve process quality, sales efficiency, customer engagement, and revenue growth by equipping teams with essential tools, reports, and analysis.
What you will do Provide essential support for the Field Sales Team: addressing inquiries related to sales workflows and product information, and delivering insightful reports to help the Management Team make informed decisions
Improve the clarity and accuracy of data in our CRM and maintain process documentation Conduct market research in new areas to support expansion into new regions Manage tools licenses and the seamless transition to new instruments Execute automated outreach campaigns, using platforms like LinkedIn to identify high-potential leads and support the Field Sales Team in connecting with them Support onboarding processes for new sales hires What you bring Advanced English Proficiency (C1 level), both oral and written 1+ year of experience as a Sales Operations Specialist with a prior Sales background Comprehensive understanding of the Sales Process Excellent analytical skills and systemic thinking: a strong ability to navigate database software, write reports, and search for patterns Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing sales processes Experience in sourcing leads, conducting data searches, and analysis Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and demonstrated competence in handling CRM High-level planning and organizational skills Influencing skills with effective spoken and written communication Commitment to self-development and continuous learning Nice to have Experience working in B2B SaaS Knowledge of Outbound Sales Processes & Lead Generation Tableau, SQL Our assessment process Screening call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (45 mins) Test Task (~5 hours) Test Task Presentation with Hiring Manager (45 mins) Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (90 mins) Hiring Manager interview (60 mins) What we offer We highly value our people, so we will empower you with all the resources and support to help you reach your full potential.
