We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment. This role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and customer support while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will work independently in the field across the Southaven, MS area, contributing to efficient service operations and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is technically adept, proactive, and capable of operating various tools and diagnostic equipment. Your work directly impacts equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and client trust. This role also provides opportunities to identify new business opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
3+ years of experience in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical operations.
Ability to operate equipment safely and use diagnostic/troubleshooting tools effectively. Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in the field. Mobile, adaptable, and capable of working in variable physical site conditions. Valid operator’s licenses for relevant equipment and ability to obtain and maintain a 1-year DOT Medical Card. Competitive hourly rate ($35.90–$41.75/hr) and $3,000 sign-on bonus.
