Finance Business Partner (Temporary Position)

Who we are looking for A hands-on Finance Business Partner (CPA) with strong FP&A orientation, business acumen, and experience in complex financial projects. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, global environment.

Please note: This is a one-year maternity leave cover. Only CVs in English will be considered.

What you will do Lead financial revenue and Gross margin forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis for business units. Partner with business and functional teams to enforce budget and support decision-making. Analyze budget variances and forecasts, and maintain rolling forecasts. Monthly and quarterly closings of revenues, while ensuring accurate results are delivered on time and in compliance with US GAAP, specifically ASC 606. Support revenue recognition, cost allocation, and complex transactions. Work with auditors on quarterly reviews, annual audits, and SOX. Prepare management reports and track key business KPIs. Drive process improvements and participate in cross-functional projects.

Requirements CPA qualification; Big Four background is an advantage 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in FP&A or business partnering roles Experience with revenue recognition and accounting methodologies - a big advantage Experience in working in a publicly-traded company – an advantage Strong analytical and Excel skills - a must Proven ability to work independently and as part of a global team SAP & BI experience – an advantage Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills Fluent English (written and spoken) - a must Willingness to work flexible hours in a fast-paced, international environment
