Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team in Zurich, Switzerland. This role offers a dynamic mix of controlling and accounting responsibilities.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

Develop and drive necessary financial policies & procedures, and internal controls Oversee internal controls to ensure appropriate compliance with Group policies and procedures Prepare including the review and analysis of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures Coordinate and ensure completion of annual audit, ensure integrity and accuracy of financial statements in compliance with with CO / GAAP Support the CFO with ad hoc projects and analysis Implement systems to improve controls and efficiency Timely establish and submit tax returns Provide business partnering support to local and international markets Federal Diploma as Expert in Accounting and Controlling Proven experience as Accounting and Finance Manager Experience in controlling is a strong asset Full understanding of Swiss GAAP and IFRS Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office accounting ERP (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365) Fluent in English, French is a plus Experience in startup / scaleup business environment is a plus Flexibility, adaptability and curiosity Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem solving and results oriented Analytical and detail-oriented Perform well under pressure
