In the role of Customer Success Account Manager, you will oversee a dedicated portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and achieve their goals with our innovative software solutions. Your ability to engage with clients will be essential in driving their success and satisfaction.

    Your Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, offering personalized assistance and support throughout their journey. Gain a comprehensive understanding of our software solutions to advise clients on best practices and usage. Schedule regular check-ins with clients to monitor their satisfaction and identify areas for enhancement. Work closely with internal teams to address client inquiries and improve overall service delivery. Utilize client feedback and performance metrics to assess account health and facilitate growth. Fluency in French is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous. Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Demonstrated experience in account management, customer success, or similar roles, ideally within the software sector. Exceptional interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building lasting relationships. Strong communication and presentation capabilities. Analytical skills to interpret client data and feedback effectively. Capacity to manage several accounts while maintaining an organized approach to tasks.
