Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated French Speaking Helpdesk Support Agent to enhance our customer support team! In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our French-speaking clients, addressing their technical issues and ensuring a seamless user experience. Your role will involve responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining accurate documentation of each interaction. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others and are equipped with excellent communication skills to assist our diverse clientele.
