Full Stack Java Developer

What you'll be doing The Technology & Engineering department at Future fosters a collaborative environment focused on delivering effective, well-engineered, and scalable solutions. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be a vital member of the Emailtech Team at Future, collaborating closely with the broader Technology & Engineering department. Your primary goal will be to design and deliver scalable, well-structured, and efficient web applications across the entire technology stack. Reporting to the Tech Lead, you will work on both innovative green-field projects and the enhancement of existing systems, encompassing frontend, backend, and infrastructure components. Experience that will put you ahead of the curve Good English level - Be able to participate to meetings in English 3+ years of experience building Java applications The ability to build components from scratch in a JS framework (e.g. React/AngularJS) and a full understanding of the component life-cycle Good understanding of Git or an equivalent version control system Retrieving and marshaling data from a variety of sources (databases, external APIs) Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly You have experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools and practices, Docker and Kubernetes awareness is a plus You have experience with creating and running containers locally You are able to communicate technical information to non-technical people as needed You are a team player with an active interest in collective ownership, ideally bringing prior experience from an Agile environment.
