We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain AI-first, scalable, and high-performance applications. In this role, you will work across the full technology stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into production-ready software. You will leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality, and contribute to systems architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility while allowing deep engagement with a dynamic, forward-thinking team.

    Accountabilities:

    · Build and ship full-stack applications with high scalability, performance, and security, primarily using React/Next.js and Node.js. · Collaborate closely with Product Design and Product Management to translate prototypes and requirements into production-grade software. · Participate in architecture discussions, system design decisions, and CI/CD processes to ensure resilient and maintainable systems. · Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, automate workflows, and improve engineering efficiency. · Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing, promoting a low-ego, collaborative culture. · Proactively identify bottlenecks, architectural gaps, and opportunities to enhance development processes. · Contribute to internal tools, shared components, and scalable systems to improve team velocity and overall product quality. · 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience with substantial full-stack development exposure. · Strong expertise in modern web frameworks: React/Next.js, AngularJS/Angular, and Node.js (Express). · Solid understanding of software design principles, system performance, observability, security, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker). · Experience building production-grade applications end-to-end: from requirements to deployment and maintenance. · Familiarity with databases such as MySQL and CMS tools like Directus. · Experience with CI/CD, version control (GitHub/GitHub Actions), project management (Jira, Confluence), and monitoring tools (New Relic). · Passion for AI-assisted engineering and curiosity about how AI can transform software development. · Strong collaboration, communication, and mentorship skills; ability to work across teams effectively. · A low-ego, high-ownership mindset with a bias toward experimentation, action, and continuous improvement. · Competitive salary and performance-based incentives · Health insurance coverage · 100% remote work with flexible hours (1:30 PM IST – 11:30 PM IST) · Opportunities for rapid learning and exposure to cutting-edge AI and software technologies · 2-month paid sabbatical for eligible employees · Collaborative, high-performing team environment that values long-term contributions and innovation · Inclusive workplace encouraging diversity, equity, and accessibility Jobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI-driven job matching.
