Fullstack Developer (Senior) - Python (Flask) + React - Remote, Latin America

We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to contribute to high-impact software projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment. In this role, you will work across the full software development lifecycle, from designing and implementing new features to debugging, testing, and deploying scalable applications. Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, managers, and business stakeholders to design and implement new product features.
• Operate independently while leveraging guidance from senior technology leaders.
• Manage projects through all development stages: from initial concept to coding, debugging, release, and iteration.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and enterprise-grade applications using modern fullstack frameworks.
• Maintain code quality, ensure supportability, and follow best practices in software engineering.
• Work collaboratively in an open and supportive environment, fostering knowledge sharing and team growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role using open-source technologies.

• Strong proficiency in Python (Flask/Django), SQLAlchemy, and experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Solid experience with React and other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools including Git, Docker, AWS, Jenkins, Vagrant, Fabric.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, testable code, and algorithms.
• Experience with SaaS products and comfort working in corporate or client-focused settings.
• B2B financial services or alternative asset management experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and proactive mindset.
