This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist clients in German, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience related to automotive products and services.

Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and support via phone, email, and chat in German. Provide detailed information on vehicle specifications, service plans, and available promotions. Assist customers with order placements, status updates, and issue resolution. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping purposes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions for customer issues. Stay informed about the latest automotive technology and trends to assist customers effectively. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or Greek is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
