Key Responsibilities Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to assist with their booking inquiries, changes, and concerns in German. Provide personalized recommendations for accommodations, travel options, and experiences to enhance the customer journey. Resolve issues creatively and efficiently to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Document inquiries and solutions within our CRM system to maintain accurate records. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share valuable insights. Stay updated on the latest promotions, destinations, and travel trends to offer informed support. Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is a must; knowledge of English is an advantage. Experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality sector, is preferred. Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, engaging attitude. Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others. A keen interest in travel and the ability to provide recommendations based on customer preferences. Proficiency in customer service software and general computer skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, as required, to cater to our international customer base.
