Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to bookings, accommodations, and travel plans via phone, email, and chat in German. Provide customers with clear information regarding reservation details, pricing, and availability. Assist customers in making new bookings, modifying existing reservations, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Effectively manage customer complaints or concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
