    Job Description

    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Global Events Coordinator in Europe. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events across multiple international markets. The Global Events Coordinator will manage both in-person and hybrid events, ensuring smooth logistics, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be responsible for tracking event performance, maintaining calendars, and supporting strategic growth objectives through memorable and effective event experiences. This position requires strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing to a global team culture. \n

    Accountabilities:

    • Plan and execute global events, including trade shows, conferences, side events, and networking functions.
    • Manage pre-event and post-event logistics, such as collateral preparation, travel arrangements, vendor coordination, and shipping.
    • Maintain event calendars, project timelines, status trackers, and budgets to ensure efficient execution.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact with event organizers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
    • Track, measure, and report on event performance, including ROI and success metrics.
    • Travel to support onsite execution of events across EMEA (approx. 30%) and occasional US travel (approx. 10%).

    Requirements:

    1–3 years of experience coordinating B2B or SaaS events, preferably in remote and international environments.

    • Strong understanding of event operations, including budgeting, vendor management, contract negotiation, and onsite execution.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Workspace.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
    • Ability and willingness to travel for event execution across EMEA and occasionally to the US.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across international teams.
