
The Global Parts Courier performs courier activities for Columbia Helicopters, traveling to specific locations domestic and overseas to deliver items, parts, and material to support field projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Delivers items, parts, and materials domestically (within the United States) to aircraft in the field using Company vehicles and trailers, with some visits to the Aurora campus Delivers items, parts, and material to foreign country destinations by hand carrying the items Continuously seeks to streamline processes between our Aurora campus personnel and Field Mechanics. Facilitates on-site support in the field for OSCC, Logistics, Customs team. Coordinates with Legal and Logistics with Import/Export ITAR items for required compliance. Solves issues or problems independently, or with assistance from Aurora and/or Field staff Conduct oneself in accordance with Company’s Core Values. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma required. Maintains a current driver’s license. Maintains a valid US Passport. Experience in RAMCO, Inventory and Logistics knowledge preferred. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office preferred. Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
