We’re looking for a Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager to own and execute the commercialization strategy for one or more of our expansion products. This role is all about driving adoption and revenue growth within our existing client base by equipping our Account Managers with the strategies, tools, and insights they need to win. You’ll act as the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, and Sales—turning great products into clear, differentiated stories that clients understand and value. You’ll shape everything from positioning and pricing to sales enablement and client targeting.     You will:

    • Own the go-to-market strategy for a product or product family, from positioning through commercialization.
    • Partner with Account Managers to empower effective cross-sell and upsell motions across the client portfolio.
    • Develop product positioning and messaging that clearly articulates value and differentiation in the market.
    • Design pricing and packaging strategies that balance client value, competitiveness, and revenue growth.
    • Create sales enablement tools—battlecards, training decks, objection handling guides, ROI calculators, case studies, proof points and playbooks.
    • Deliver market and competitive intelligence to keep the commercial team sharp and ahead of the curve.
    • Define segmentation and targeting frameworks to identify high-potential client cohorts for expansion.
    • Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought.

    What Success Looks Like:

    High sales adoption of assigned products (deal volume and engagement) Growth in expansion revenue / closed-won estimated revenue (eARR) Increased product penetration across the client base Strong field feedback and AM confidence in GTM materials and messaging

    You have:

    6+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, or Commercial Strategy in SaaS, fintech, or data/analytics platforms. String client facing background

    • Proven track record of developing and executing GTM plans that drive measurable revenue growth.
    • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly narratives.
    • Strong business acumen with understanding of pricing, packaging, and market dynamics.
    • Experience building and delivering sales enablement content and training for commercial teams.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to work effectively across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
    • Analytical mindset with comfort using data and client feedback to inform decisions.
    • A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.
    • Pay transparency: $150,000+ for base salary, depending on experience.
