Skills & Qualification Knowledge of governance principles and practices Familiarity with organizational structure and guidelines Understanding of project management concepts and methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with project management tools and software Responsibilities Assist in monitoring and reporting project progress to ensure timely delivery and effective governance Develop and maintain organizational standards and guidelines related to governance structure and practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes Provide administrative support to the governance team, including maintaining documentation and records Contribute to the development of governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on governance and project management Raise awareness and promote adherence to governance standards and guidelines across the organization
