    Job Description

    POSITION IS REMOTE/HYBRID/IN-OFFICE

    Responsible for the successful completion of comprehensive, accurate, and cost effective group travel arrangements in a dedicated environment, while adhering to company policies for travelers, as well as utilizing corporate contracts and preferred suppliers in an efficient and professional manner.

    • Completes domestic and international group travel arrangements which may

    include air, hotel, ground transportation, and rail

    • Operates within detailed client travel policies and procedures
    • Interacts with traveler or travel arranger and provides 1st level of support

    for customer service and technical issues

    • Ensures compliance of a clients’ group travel policy while utilizing DT

    preferred vendors to maximize profit

    • Adheres to DT standards in delivering customer service including telephone

    and email etiquette, and follows prescribed customer service escalation procedure.

    • Follows company standards regarding procedures, utilization of tools,

    productivity, accuracy of work, and attendance

    • Attends staff and training meetings for ongoing updates in travel industry

    and office procedures which may require you to work in the office if home based

    • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees

    to foster and promote a cooperative working environment

    • Engage with meetings and events team, meeting planners, and airline sales and

    support staff.

    • Performs other duties as assigned
    • Extensive domestic and international group air experience
    • Proficiency with international fares, routings, and required traveler

    documentation

    • 3-5 years group or corporate air experience
    • 3-5 years of GDS computer skills on Sabre system required.
    • Must demonstrate thorough travel industry knowledge
    • Ability to meet and exceed required performance standards
    • Excellent customer service skills required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
    • Knowledge of Outlook skills and basic Microsoft platforms
