We’re looking to train our next class of facilitators and coaches. This is an exciting role! You’ll be our front line—the talented people who train our talented clients.
In short, a lot!
You’ll go through full Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI®) Certification—this will teach you how the brain works and how you can use this knowledge to help others succeed in everything they do.
We have a crack internal team that takes care of logistical details for you. They’ll take care of everything from tracking participant details to shipping materials. We create a “winning team mentality” across our team, celebrating our incremental progress, not just the big wins. (There are plenty of both!)
Our external clients are a joy to work with, too. We’re usually a bright spot in their day—we’re the people helping their people succeed. We’re the team helping their teams demystify business development and unlock learnings and results, so we are the fun outside experts for them to talk to. You’ll work with our external clients to lead strategy sessions, learn their unique nuances, and even collaborate with leadership in the training sessions themselves to deliver the best result for their participants.
We all work remotely, so you can work wherever you want. And since this role is on a contracting basis, we won’t have any requirements other than when you’re working with us to serve one of our clients. This role has a tremendous amount of autonomy. All you’ll need is a professional video set up when you’re working with us virtually and the ability to travel to our clients. When is this? And does it cost anything? The dates you'll need to set aside are in the application itself. You'll need to make all of them to be a part of this certification class. And from a cost perspective? Our clients pay around $34,000 for someone to get certified to teach GrowBIG® training internally.
