Growth Marketing Specialist Title: Growth Marketing Specialist (Hands-On Producer Role) Location: Remote (Canada-based preferred) Reports to: Senior Director of Marketing Type: Full-time About the Role We’re looking for a growth marketer who loves bringing ideas to life and turning insights into measurable impact. As a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist, you’ll partner with our Senior Director of Marketing to transform ZestyAI’s data and creativity into market momentum — crafting and optimizing multi-channel ABM campaigns, emails, ads, and landing pages that fuel our expansion. This is an execution-focused role for someone who thrives in the tools — launching campaigns, refining what works, and finding new ways to drive growth. What You’ll Do Execute and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns across email, paid, and other channels. Build and QA emails in MailChimp and ActiveCampaign, including layout, automation, and segmentation. Develop and maintain audience segmentation strategies, targeting the right message to the right account and contact at the right time. Design and manage customer nurture programs that deepen engagement across the funnel—from awareness through retention. Launch and refine LinkedIn Ads — testing targeting, copy, and creative for performance. Develop and optimize Unbounce landing pages for conversion. Write, edit, and polish short-form copy for emails and ads (no agency handoffs). Ensure accurate tracking and attribution (UTMs, lead source, Salesforce connections). Manage campaign timelines, testing, and performance dashboards. Maintain brand consistency while bringing in new ideas for speed and performance. Report insights and learnings to the Senior Director of Marketing to inform future campaigns.

What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in demand generation, B2B growth, or campaign execution Builder mindset: you thrive on launching and improving, not endless planning. Detail-driven executor: equally comfortable building workflows and writing sharp, concise copy. Collaborative and growth-minded: able to take high-level direction, learn quickly, and translate ideas into execution. A strong eye for design: you don’t need to be a designer, but you know what looks good and feel confident working in Adobe/Canva to pull together high-conversion assets. Strong proficiency in MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, Unbounce, LinkedIn Ads and marketing automation platforms (or similar tech stack).
