You are a product expert with 14+ years of product management and strategy experience. In this role, you’ll lead the product and design teams and set the product direction for the organization across consumer web, mobile and subscription products. This role will report to the President & General Manager of WeatherBug.

Experience: 10+ years in product management and design, and 4-5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within a software or tech environment, with a strong background in managing large-scale consumer mobile products and growing audiences. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Skills: Strong expertise in product strategy, UX/UI design principles, and agile and project management methodologies. Leadership: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams, scaling product and design teams, and coaching direct reports for professional development and advancement. Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and organizational levels. Analytical: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, utilizing a data-driven approach to product development and user experience. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of customer insights, competitive analysis, and market dynamics, with experience in successfully relaunching large consumer products through redesigns.

Compensation Package $180,000 - $230,000 base salary, 25% bonus ($225,000 - $287,500 OTE) Stock Options Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
