The Role We are looking for a strategic leader to take full ownership of our PPC & Strategy department. This is a critical senior role with direct responsibility for the department's profitability (Gross Profit Margin), the performance of your team, and the quality of our service. You will be the primary architect and owner of the "Holini Way"—our proprietary, B2B-tech focused playbooks for delivering consistent, high-standard results across Google, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads. What You'll Do Department Leadership: Define and execute the department's strategy, goals, and standards. You will share responsibility for the department's Gross Profit Margin and will report on performance to the agency's senior leadership. Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team of senior PPC specialists. You will manage all aspects of the team, including hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, training programs, and resource allocation. Architect the "Holini Way": Design, document, and enforce our standardized, B2B-tech focused playbooks for Google, Microsoft, and LinkedIn Ads. Own Service Quality: Create, manage, and improve the department's Quality Assurance (QA) framework to ensure all client work meets our high standards. Drive Innovation & Automation: Collaborate closely with our Engineering and Data & Analytics departments to identify, prototype, and implement proprietary automation, tools, and data infrastructure that create a competitive advantage. Lead Platform R&D: Proactively lead research and testing on new platforms, betas, and strategies to ensure our service offering remains ahead of the market. Senior Client Strategy: Serve as the final point of escalation for senior client relationships. You will work to resolve high-level challenges, ensure client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for retention and growth. Commercial Support: Support our Growth Hub by providing senior-level expertise, audit frameworks, and strategic insights to help win new, right-fit clients. Who You Are An Experienced Leader: You have proven experience managing, mentoring, and developing a team of senior paid media specialists, ideally in an agency environment. A B2B Paid Media Expert: You have deep, hands-on mastery of the main B2B ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads) and understand how to use them to drive revenue for B2B tech and SaaS clients. A Systematic Thinker: You have a track record of creating, documenting, and implementing standardized processes, playbooks, and QA frameworks. Commercially Minded: You have strong business awareness, with experience managing a department's budget, profitability, and resource utilization. A Tech-Savvy Strategist: You have a strong interest in marketing technology, data, and automation. You see how tools and systems can improve performance and efficiency. A Senior Advisor: You have excellent communication and client management skills, with the confidence to act as a senior strategic partner to our clients. Competitive Salary: We offer an annual base salary of €80,000-€85,000, plus a performance bonus, based on a B2B contract.
