What You’ll Do Own our product pipeline — develop new supplements and functional foods with commercial potential, global compliance, and best-in-class efficacy Lead formulation strategy — collaborate with world-class labs, scientists, and manufacturers to deliver breakthrough products Bridge art and science — blend innovation, customer insight, and scientific rigor to ensure each product is both market-leading and legally watertight Oversee testing, QA, and regulatory reviews — ensure all formulations meet the highest standards across key markets (US, UK, EU, AU, etc.) Collaborate cross-functionally — work with marketing, operations, legal, and CX to take products from concept to commercial success
