    Job Description

Evio Overview Evio is a highly unique pharmacy solutions company that was founded by and works closely with health plans to implement transformative (to cost, quality, access and experience) initiatives primarily focused on specialty and other high-cost medication solutions. In 2020, a group of five amazing Blue Cross Blue Shield health plans that in total serve more than 20 million members recognized that the way medications get to patients needs significant reform—rapidly rising costs and massive system complexities are detrimental to patients and the entire industry. In 2025, Wellmark joined as Evio's first non-founding investor and sixth owner health plan. Each company made, and continues to make, significant investments to establish Evio as an independent entity to lead this transformation. Evio has advanced analytics and contracting capabilities at scale, and a suite of digital tools, to power our high-cost medication solutions. Our solutions act as a self-reinforcing “flywheel” where each element strengthens and feeds into the next, and support an “Only Evio can do that,” mindset and prioritization. Evio is also a company that has invested heavily in and been highly intentional about people, team and culture. We believe we have created a very special place to work and encourage candidates to observe and ask us about our culture and decide for themselves. Evio's Values Empathy – The people our business serves always come first. We care for our teammates and put ourselves in the shoes of our health plan customers and the patients and clinicians our solutions benefit. Diversity – We are committed to fostering a culture where everyone belongs and is valued for their background, experience and insights – one that encourages diversity of ideas, and is a nurturing, trusting, and accepting place for all. Adventure – We are flexible, thrive in ambiguity, fail fast, and pivot quickly to get to a better answer. We celebrate wins and pivots with equal intensity. Relentless – Guided by evidence and data, we are creative, curious, and unwavering in our pursuit of challenging the status quo and each other. Transparency – Just as we seek to bring transparency to the pharmacy supply chain, authenticity and integrity are core to the way we communicate. Excellence – We strive to raise the bar in all we do by hiring and developing exceptional talent and holding ourselves and our thinking to the highest standard. Healthcare Data Analyst Role We are looking for a data analyst who has experience working in the healthcare industry with deep knowledge of medical and pharmacy claims data to join our analytics team. This individual will be responsible for developing, preparing and maintaining data analytics projects and products that provide insights into the drivers of health outcomes. In this role, the candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with leading industry experts to develop next-level skills. Job Specifics

In partnership with the Evio clinical research, product, and technology teams, you will:

    • Work to build and maintain healthcare analytic tools that optimize health plan members use of medical and prescription drugs.
    • Have an opportunity to develop and enhance Evio’s proprietary digital health tools that put clinical insights in the hands of physicians in real-time at the point of care.
    • Collaborate with Evio clinicians in the development of Real-World Evidence (RWE) research studies based on the claims data of over 25M lives.
    • Facilitate data ingestion and standardization of medical and prescription drug claims data by partnering with Evio’s technology team in ETL process development.
    • Partner across Evio’s analytics, clinical, and technology teams to drive automation initiatives as well as AI uses and adoption.
    • Work independently and efficiently in the role.
    • Gain exposure at Evio to true innovation in healthcare and be part of the solution to US healthcare challenges.

The skills and experience you bring to this role include:

2-5 years of experience as a healthcare data analyst at a health plan.

    • Deep knowledge of medical and prescription drug claims data at the claim line level.
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python and/or similar business analytic or modeling tools.
    • Superior problem-solving capabilities and learning agility with an attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with Medispan (or First Databank) and medical coding (HCPCs, CPTs) systems and applying these codes in analytics.
    • Collaborative team player mentality with a passion for using data to inform decisions.
    • Experience in working with large, complex databases and process automation.

    Bachelor's degree

Every Evio teammate is critical to our culture and success. For all candidates, across roles and levels, you demonstrate that:

    • You have a high degree of alignment with Evio’s mission and values.
    • You put the patient first, leading with clinical, and doing something transformational for US healthcare is in your DNA.
    • You are an energy producer, with a proven ability to “get stuff done” and support others.
    • You are a curious, creative and overall strong problem solver who is a go-to subject matter expert where you need to be.
    • You are a resilient challenger of the status quo that drives improvements on every topic from creating team rhythms and culture to the next clinical strategy for the team to pursue.
    • You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves on business strategy, team, execution and other elements that will certainly change as the team fails fast, learns and pivots.
    • You are emotionally intelligent, and you do well collaborate with multiple parts of the business and function well with a variety of styles.
    • Salary Considerations
    • Anticipated annual base pay range: $90,000 - 110,000 with additional variable compensation.

At Evio, we’re committed to building a competitive compensation package to honor the value our teammates bring as well as attract and retain top talent that is aligned with our culture, mission and values. Please note that the base pay information shown is a general guideline for the job responsibilities and qualifications listed. Salary decisions are based on candidate experience, market and business considerations. There is no minimum or maximum amount of vacation allowed per year, and there is no payment in consideration for unused vacation. Vacation is to be used at your discretion, with approval of leadership. Parental Leave Generous paid leave for new parents (includes birth and non-birth parents).
