We are looking for an HR Operations Officer who enjoys precision, structure, and working with numbers while ensuring compliance with Danish labour law. Key about your team The HR Operations & Payroll team at Keylane is an all-round internal business partner handling HR administration and payroll as part of our international Shared Service Center. The team ensures reliable HR processes on a daily basis and supports managers and employees with operational advice, data analysis, and clear communication. In this role in Denmark, you will work closely with colleagues from HRO in the Netherlands, as well as with Finance and the Danish HR team. Key about your role

    As HR Operations Officer, you will be responsible for administrative and process-oriented HR tasks in Denmark, including:

    • Managing monthly payroll processes in collaboration with the Danish external payroll agency and HRO colleagues.
    • Extracting and analysing HR data (sickness absence, vacation, leave) and advising managers on compliance with Danish regulations.
    • Handling administration for employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, offboarding).
    • Proactively monitoring sickness patterns and initiating follow-ups with managers.
    • Ensuring all processes comply with Danish labour law and the Keylane collective agreement.
    • Maintaining and updating the Employee Handbook and other official HR communications.
    • Providing process and analytical support to the HR team.
    • Participating in ad hoc HR projects, such as local implementation of HR systems.

    Key about you

    • Proven experience in HR payroll, administration, or operations, preferably in an international environment.

    Strong knowledge of Danish labour law, and if you also have experience with collective agreements, it is considered an advantage. We have a collective agreement with Finansforbundet. Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in Danish (fluent) and English. Highly detail-oriented, structured, and process-driven – you enjoy keeping processes accurate and compliant. Proactive, flexible, and collaborative; you take initiative and don’t wait for work to come to you.
