About this role We are looking for an HR Specialist who will play a key role in strengthening our people operations as we continue to grow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on HR work, structured process management, and cross-team collaboration. You will oversee core HR functions, support company-wide initiatives, and help ensure that employees across all locations have a clear, organised, and positive experience. You will work closely with the CPO and the leadership team on people-related initiatives, contributing to a strong culture and a consistent employee experience. Responsibilities

    Recruitment:

    Manage sourcing, shortlisting, and phone screening Coordinate hiring steps, candidate communications, and overall candidate experience Keep recruitment pipelines organised and up to date

    Onboarding & Offboarding:

    Lead the onboarding experience for new joiners, ensuring a smooth, well-prepared, and welcoming introduction to the company Manage documentation, access setup, preparation, and process updates for both onboarding and offboarding

    HR Operations:

    Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation Support HR systems (HRIS) and prepare basic HR reports Ensure data consistency across HR tools and processes

    Employee Experience:

    Coordinate internal events and company-wide HR initiatives Run employee surveys, analyse results, and present actionable insights and recommendations Contribute to eNPS, employer branding, and engagement activities

    Manager & Performance Support:

    Support the launch and follow-up of performance and feedback cycles Assist managers with HR processes and day-to-day employee matters Provide guidance on HR policies and best practices

    HR Process Improvement:

    Refine and document HR workflows, tools, and procedures Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and clarity across HR operations 1–3 years of experience in HR, ideally within a startup or scale-up environment Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, internal communications, HR operations, and event organisation Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously High attention to detail when handling HR documentation, contracts, and HR systems Clear, professional communication and confidence working with managers and employees Experience running surveys, preparing basic reports, and analysing simple data Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and reliable follow-through Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required Our core belief and reason for existence is the care and attention we show our users, our community and our employees.
