    Pay Plan Title: Support Specialist

    Working Title: HR Support Specialist

    FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

    Posting Salary Range: $39,900 - $50,673

    Office Location: Must reside within North Carolina and will be required to report weekly to the Ahoskie, NC office.

    What We’re Looking For

    Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Support Specialist to join our Human Resources team! The HR Support Specialist is responsible for providing confidential administrative and specialist support to the Human Resources Department.

    On a typical day, you might:

    • Learn and use internal systems (e.g., HRIS, Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet) to support recruitment and retention activities and staff.
    • Review and prepare documentation as directed.
    • Assist with maintaining personnel files and file documentation as needed.
    • Handle and process sensitive, complex, and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Schedule and make arrangements for events or meetings.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • High School diploma/GED
    • Minimum of one (1) year of clerical experience or an equivalent combination of education/experience; OR
    • Equivalent combination of education/experience.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license.
    • Must reside within North Carolina and will be required to report weekly to the Ahoskie, NC office.
    • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.

    Preferred:

    • Higher education preferred
    • Four (4) years of clerical experience
    • Demonstrated experience in an HR role
