Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to offer informed and professional support to clients. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions aimed at improving overall customer satisfaction. Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is also required. Prior experience in customer service, support or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients. Problem-solving mindset and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
