Key Responsibilities Engage with clients in detailed consultations to assess their specific business challenges and gather requirements. Design and propose customized solutions that effectively address client needs while demonstrating the value of our services. Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth implementation and high levels of client satisfaction. Provide training and ongoing support to clients, enabling them to make the most of our solutions. Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients. Document client experiences and feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings. Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is a must; proficiency in English is also preferred. Previous experience in a solutions consulting or customer service role is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients. An understanding of technology solutions and a willingness to learn new systems and methodologies. Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
