We are seeking an Implementation Coordinator to support the statewide adoption of Motivational Interviewing (MI) practices within child and family well-being programs. In this role, you will work closely with local and state partners to ensure program fidelity, provide coaching, and coordinate implementation activities across multiple counties. You will serve as a key liaison, delivering guidance, feedback, and training to caseworkers and supervisors while tracking program outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative environments, is skilled in coaching and quality improvement, and is motivated to enhance program effectiveness and strengthen community impact. This is a full-time, fully remote position offering a meaningful opportunity to support families and children through structured behavioral interventions.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in social services, clinical, or client-facing settings; or Master’s degree with at least 1 year of experience in a clinical or client-facing setting.
Proficiency in Motivational Interviewing with experience in coaching or implementation preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build, foster, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Competence in synthesizing complex information and providing strategic recommendations. Basic data analytics skills, including outcome interpretation and reporting. Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, with experience working with diverse populations. Intermediate computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and virtual meeting platforms. Valid NYS Driver’s license required. Competitive hourly compensation ($34.87/hour).
