As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll handle only warm leads—no cold calling—engaging with customers already interested in our products.

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound & outbound calls from new and existing customer Close sales by presenting solutions that fit customer needs Upsell and cross-sell additional products when appropriate Build strong relationships and establish trust with customers Maintain expert-level product knowledge and stay up to date on offerings Achieve & exceed sales targets in a competitive, team-oriented environment

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of Inside Sales, Telesales, or Call Center Sales experience Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales goals Energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused approach Strong multi-tasking and CRM/data entry skills Available for evening & Saturday shifts (as required) Requirements
