Whether it's improving revenue cycle efficiency, navigating unclaimed property issues, or mitigating risk, our platform delivers real-time, actionable insights to drive better outcomes JOB SUMMARY The Manager of Internal Audit will perform audits of operational, compliance and financial processes for various Kodiak customers. This position will provide independent yet collaborative services to our healthcare customers’ senior leaders, including the C-Suite and Board of Directors. Our customers consist of health systems, hospitals, and physician practices. Our services include conducting risk assessments, executing internal audits and performing other consulting project engagements for these organizations.

    Preferred Knowledge & Skills:

    • The ability to lead multiple customer engagements.
    • The ability to manage multiple projects to achieve timely completion.
    • The ability to oversee staff resources.
    • The ability to interact in a remote team environment and foster customer relationships.
    • Self-motivated with excellent time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
    • Holds relevant certification.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related concentration.
    • Must have minimum of 3 years in healthcare auditing
    • Must have Internal Auditing Experience
    • Ability and experience of leading multiple teams at once
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
    • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience (audit or consulting experience preferred).
    • This position requires a minimum of 20% travel.
