    Purpose of the role:

    The Talent Acquisition Consultant will play a key role in supporting the key business areas of ii. You will work closely with hiring teams to understand their current demand and hiring requirements to then recruit via adverts, job boards and head hunting. You will then work with HR to onboard successful candidates, liaise with appropriate stakeholders through to the new employees first day. This opportunity will offer the chance to drive key recruiting across business functions based on your key experience and knowledge of the market. Key Responsibilities Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business areas Developing strategies to attract talent (job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs and headhunting) Building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical or hard to fill roles Screening and shortlisting applications, conducting initial qualification interviews and offering recommendations to hiring teams Coordinating interviews with hiring teams and facilitating the assessment process Ensuring fair, unbiased and compliant recruitment practices Creating a smooth, engaging and timely recruitment process for candidates Acting as the main point of contact for applicants during the hiring journey Advising managers on interview best practices and market trends Managing relationships with recruitment agencies when external help is needed Managing employer branding to ensure the company is seen as an attractive place to work Support with Onboarding and compliance activities where required Proven experience in recruiting either in an internal HR function, agency or consultancy Experience in the end to end recruitment process Demonstratable knowledge in hiring across multiple business areas (Customer Service, Technology, Financial etc) Strong ability to devise a search strategy for complex requirements Good knowledge of candidate markets and how to generate market insights Able to recruit in both high-volume areas (e.g customer service) and niche areas (e.g technology areas) Able to hit the ground running and work at speed Group Personal Pension Plan – 8% employer contribution and 4% employee contribution Life Assurance and Group Income Protection Private Medical Insurance – Provided by Bupa 25 Days Annual Leave, plus bank holidays Staff Discounts on our investment products Personal & Well-being Fund – Supporting your physical and mental wellness Retail Discounts – Savings at a wide range of high street and online retailers Voluntary Flexible Benefits – Tailor your benefits to suit your lifestyle Please Note: We will do our utmost efforts to respond to all applicants.
